  Live there 3 years before you buy.<br>Get your permanent residency first.<br>Learn the language. &nbsp; Travel around to find the best place. &nbsp;Meet people they will help you.

  I&apos;m Italian. Note for all peoples want move to Italy: look for a house in a small town, so you will have bank, market, hospital. Living in the countryside looks good but have same disanvantage

  reading some comments from other italians like me and i agree with them, as a general message for people wanting to move here: take your time, visit, stay, live temporarily, get to know the real real italy before you decide either to invest or not. <br><br>the place makes the difference, the region makes the difference and so on. take your time.<br>Do not rush.<br><br>some people (not this couple specifically) might not even be &quot;suited&quot; for Italy (meaning they still have a lot of touristical sterotypical view of it). <br><br>Italy is beautiful but it obviously has its downsides.<br><br>the 1st and last houses were beautiful indeed!

  Shouldn&apos;t they have done their research first before coming to work out how much money they&apos;ll need to buy their dream property. <br>Frustrating for real estate agents.

  Hey Marco, you were kind and patient with these folks, who are getting a lot of shade because they didn’t buy, but you made a good connection and if they ever buy, I bet they will call you. Not all buyers are easy and fun, this is a stressful decision, you were great with this couple💙
