  👏❤👍  Bravo!   Such skill, such care, such discipline, such imagination in the preparation, and presentation, of food.  Japan does it best!  And this small restaurant is superb.

  First of all: the variety of the food is just fantastic and amazing, and then the way the chef is making them makes me think, this cook chef is one of a kind with his way of running his restaurant. I wish I could be there to be part of it. Looks just wonderful. 👍👍👍👍🤩🤩🤩🤩🥳🥳🥳🥰

  It sounds incredible, all those OOOH UUUUH AAAH OUAH by Customers, that in Japan show your appreciation, just like the final clapping, in Europe at the opposite is not a good sign of education. Also tips, not formally used in JP, is very appreciated in EU. Very interesting.<br>Wonderful video, thank You so much
