My Mexican grandmother and mother both instilled in me constantly, not to be afraid of death....that death should be respected but never feared.  They said if life is Sunday, then death is Monday....it's just another day to us. I have been in combat and I truly was not afraid to die....so my upbringing served me well in those dangerous times.

Our Mexican culture and our traditions and food is the best from all and we try to keep it together for the love of our faith culture and traditions and our food all is different in every town city and ranch in Mexico . Enjoy our place and our people first .
