  I got 2010 e350 still runs great I bought it 3 years ago with 89k miles for $9500 , I do my own maintenance and now 142k and she still running strong

  The claim in this video that you should change your oil every 5,000 miles is not my experience. I have a 2019 Mercedes Sprinter that has the 2.0 liter Mercedes-Benz m274 engine in it and the maintenance schedule calls for oil changes every 15,000 mi and that&apos;s exactly what I have done. I&apos;ve not had any engine issues and I have 620,000 mi on my van. The key is using the Euro synthetic oil that meets the Mercedes-Benz specification. Since I drive so many miles, I had to get a van that had long oil change intervals and this has been the best vehicle that I&apos;ve owned.

  I only spent two years as a tech at a dealership and I saw every one of these failures except for differential failure. I was at a dealership in West Texas with a lot of cotton farmers and vineyard owners, the “farm fixes” they came up with when something failed were very creative lol.

  Had a 190E with a million miles on it. &nbsp;Had a C230 with 300K and and now my C280 has just over 300K. &nbsp; I only use mobil synthetic 0-40 and I change all the filters (along with the oil) at 5K. &nbsp; &nbsp;I&apos;ve had my problems (mufllers, cracked head, MAF issues, fuel pumps, cats, wiring issues, balance shaft nightmares, power steering pump replacements, the list goes on) over the last 30 years owning benz&apos;s but they are built to last and when they need fixing they are worth fixing and not replacing at least in my opinion.

  I am Canadien, 74 , live north of Montreal, Winters are rough and I follow the manufacture service schedules. Owned 6 Mercedes with wife.Very simple and yes do not buy a Mercedes if your budget is for a Honda .Enjoy 😎

  Great stuff. &nbsp;Took his advice and tried to replace my PCV valve at 265,000 kilometers. &nbsp;1580.00 euro to fix the valve cover that cracked due to being brittle, but the pcv membrane was still good. &nbsp;Nobody will do the cover but the dealer. &nbsp;Too many liabilities. &nbsp;But my dealer has been there twice already without causing further issues. &nbsp;It&apos;s a big job and they have to follow the entire official Mercedes procedure which means new pressure lines, fuel return line and a full injector job. &nbsp;I&apos;m not watching any more of this.

  I have had two Ml 350s and the first one went 225 thousand miles until I hit a western dear late at night,and my second ML 350 now has 246,000 miles and has never let me down.<br>The engine in the ML 350 is absolutely fantastic.

  Mercedes Authorized dealers have authorized tools and software. It doesn&apos;t mean that they can keep good technicians to do the service. Good technicians left to &nbsp;build their own business. Especially luxury brands.

  After owning two mercedes vehicles with high mileage, I feel like I deserve another diploma for the knowledge I&apos;ve gained diagnosing my own cars. And I&apos;m not wasting that knowledge and planning on buying another one 😅

  I have a 2015 E350 AMG package, I bought the vehicle with 27, 000 now I have 200256 , I do all my maintenance my self, I am a auto technician for over 33 years, &nbsp;I love the Mercedes brand vehicle very reliable !
