  I'm disturbed that they think when God talks about restoring fallen leaders, they think it is referring to restoring those people to their former levels of power, instead of restoring them to living a righteous life.

  The response from this pastor made me feel physically sick. It took 10 years for me to come back to the church after a youth pastor wife accused me of having "an inappropriate relationship" with her husband which was a lie. Looking back I realized that he was grooming me. I was a 17 year old girl and did not understand why I was being accused of doing something I did not do. None of the leaders did anything in response. My life was ruined, I was so heartbroken, and the church did nothing to hold them accountable. Instead, they treated me like I didn't exist anymore. If you cannot take authority and hold these people accountable then you SHOULD NOT BE A LEADER.

  It amazes me that this church is founded on prophecy, hearing words from God, and spiritual discernment…but all of a sudden when they get reports of gross misconduct, they’re all like…I dunno man. What are we gonna do? 🤷‍♂️
