  Thank you for this! Just bought a cech4301 superslim off ebay and im really hoping its still running well and cool and i wont have to do this quite yet cause it overwhelms the hell out of me, but I am definitely gonna bookmark this video to have in my pocket when I need to do it!

  I literally love you so much man this video literally helped me so much 😭😭😭😭🔥🔥🔥🔥 I usually never comment on any videos but my appreciation for you making and taking your time with this is unfathomable 😭😭😭😭🔥🔥🔥🔥 I honestly would’ve not had the guts to take mine apart like this if it hadn’t been for you making this I really really appreciate that you take the time to show everything properly instead of a bunch of cuts all over the place like all the other guides to make it more “engaging” I really really appreciate how everything is so well shown and explained This helped me an unfathomable amount thank you so much man😭😭😭😭🔥🔥🔥🔥 And also a great tip I found along the way in case you should do this again or anyone else reading this thinking of taking theirs apart I discovered that you can actually just keep the blue-ray ribbon in the disc reader itself the entire time and only remove it from the motherboard if you just move it a bit to the side for a moment and take the power supply out first and then only remove the ribbon from the motherboard so you don’t have to deal with tricky part of getting it back into it again and only the motherboard itself 🙂 Thank you so much again man you are literally so awesome I hope you have an absolutely amazing week!!!!!!   Not that you will probably do this again, but the step that gave you trouble took me 30 seconds. I just went from the bottom in stead of the top using the ifixit splooger/pry tool and I think maybe it just needs firm metal versus the plastic, or length, etc. Thank you for your video! VERY helpful, used this to replace my laser.

  I have the same model. My model also have only wired Lan, if I remember correctly the eliminated the wlan to save a few bucks.
