  I cracked up during the Golbat montage with the music! I grew up playing Silver and Gen 2 is my absolute favorite. Looking forward to your experiences with all of the rest of the gens!

  This is such a fun way to explore different gens! <br><br>I was born in 1999, Fire Red was the very first pokemon game I played (a copy that belonged to my brother... I might have accidentally erased his safe because I was a clueless 10 year old). And though I technically started with gen 1 with the games, I was introduced to Pokémon through the TV show (diamond and pearl, to be exact which started airing in 2008 here in the Netherlands). I LOVED pokemon like Piplup, Pachirisu, Buneary, Lucario, Mantyke, Leafeon and Glaceon &nbsp;(though all Eeveelutions are my favorite pokemon and have been since I started playing the games at a later age when I actually knew what I was doing). It was actually harder for me to really warm up to a lot of gen 1 pokemon because I was so used to the gen 4 ones and I just really, really wanted a piplup. 10 year old me was really upset when she found out there was no way of getting a piplup in gen 1. I wasn&apos;t a very smart 10 year old, to be fair haha.

  The fact you don’t even have 30k subs yet is mind blowing man…. You put so much effort into these videos. It’s very apparent from the editing style. My personal favorite Pokemon channel 🙏🏼

  I have a national dex that is roughly 50 Pokemon away from being completed. I&apos;d say having this collection has given me a new appreciation for going through all of my cards and trading with friends to find the specific pokemon I need.

  i enjoy all your videos, but this one is definitely the best one yet. love the storytelling, the custom music, the bits of animation, and the incredible editing (esp with the extra effort stuff like timing things to the music). thanks for taking us along on this fun ride, and i cant wait for gen 3!
