  The violin almost sounded like it was protesting being played before.  Much cleaner and smoother afterwards.

  I&apos;m a guitar player, lyricist, and vocalist in the USA. I&apos;ve been fortunate to find a truly skilled luthier 10 minutes from my home.<br>Notoriously, I had purchased instruments within the budget I could &nbsp;afford at the time. But he has always made each of them them sound better than anyone could imagine.<br>I could fully hear the difference after your work. <br>Much respect for your &nbsp;skills! Thanks for sharing this story :)

  The opening sequence in Claude Sautet’s 1992 film Un Coeur En Hiver was a revelation to me when a violin restorer in the audience at a concert can hear that one of the violins being played sounds like it has a hairline crack that should be repaired. &nbsp;My ears have only gotten worse, yet there are people like him who can hear issues and know how to correct them. &nbsp;Amazing!
