Nothing really has changed. Yes there are things like fall protection. But lazy; in a Local of 4000 people, everybody knows the lazy ones. And they refuse to "tool up" with them. You pull your weight or you are gone. We make adjustments for those who are willing to work but have some tasks beyond their ability. As long as someone is willing to give it everything they have, they have a spot.<br>I've spent 44 years working like that and it offers you more freedom than you can imagine.
