Nice! I see quite a few plumbers/gas engineers getting into this with the demand up - check out Blue Bulldog plumbing - nice mix of AirCon and plumbing vids and good tips. Yeah, experience is important, but work ethic, caring about a nice clean job to spec, and willingness to learn is more important in the long run as you can always gain experience.
