Halfway through and this is without doubt one of the best YouTube videos I've ever watched. Enjoying the regular uploads 🙌🙌

Self control begins with the mastery of your thoughts, if you can't control what you think, then you can't control what you do

It's not only about pushing ourselves, self-discipline, but about BELIEVING in what we can be, visualising the end result, having a clear vision of what we want to achieve! You become what you think about :) ♡

This is hands-down some of the best content I've ever heard on YouTube.  I mean, the value that you bring, Joseph, is absolutely incredible!  God bless, my brother, and please keep doing what you're doing.  The world definitely needs your teaching!

Thank you. I have a difficult time retaining information. I am more visual than audio. This seems to work for me. I am 65 years old and want to keep learning new things. I like this approach and am very grateful to find your channel. Now, I will probably have to listen to each video more than once but I have the time and the inclination so that is not a problem. I also find note taking helpful. So I guess I will get me a new notebook to start this new journey. Yay. 2020 is brimming with possibilities.

This may sound farfetched for you,  but you changed my mind and so my life. I have been reading books about multiple subjects to improve my life but it didn't work. Your videos are very clear and you  explain well and now I am suddenly connecting all the dots and information . Thank you a hundred times! I did never realize that the mind is such a powerful tool but after 2 months of watching your videos I see progression every day.
