In fact, Russia is not even among the top ten countries by alcohol consumption, nor among the top ten countries by rates of alcoholism. <br>It&apos;s like with dash cams. Years ago Russian insurance companies were relatively the first to require drivers to install dash cams to make it easier to later determine the culprit - and YouTube was flooded with hundreds of thousands of vids of Russian car accidents. Instantly stereotype was born &quot;look at these russians, everyone drives like crazy!!&quot; But over the last ~10 years, dash cams have become widespread around the world, and suddenly it became clear that there are hundreds of thousands of identical vids of crazy car accidents from every country. <br>Same story with these clips about drunks, just cherry picking to exploit expectations based on stereotypes :yougotthis:

  - VPN довольно популярны в России. <br>Я, сидящий в этом видео через VPN на &quot;устаревших серверах&quot; Ютуба, потому что без него просто не могу никуда зайти в интернете кроме нескольких гос. сайтов и двух отечественных мессендежров - :face-red-droopy-eyes:
