  The Youtube algorithm for some reason suggested I watch this video from a creator I've never heard of about a mod for a game I've never played... An hour later, I am spellbound, fascinated by this deep dive into the intricacies of this romance story contained within a game engine. Incredible.

  I had <b>no idea</b> that the first two Baldur&apos;s Gates had Modding Support or that they&apos;re way easier to mod than the third installment!<br>Pretty cool.

  Ah, Imoen. I remember playing BG1 in Polish back in the day and boy did she have the cheapest dub voice you could find, with a somewhat russian accent. They rectified it by BG2. Also funny enough, these games were some of the earliest forays into game publishing by CD Projekt of Witcher fame... <br> <br>Anyway, I have really enjoyed your deep dive into the triggers for various offramps of the romance. I have a friend that similarly analysed I Was A Teenage Exocolonist, where you do have a good deal of interactions that are hard to trigger, like the toxic fallout of you getting your childhood friend that has fallen for a fashy boy after her brother died to dump him so you two could date, only for you to cheat on her with that asshole. Just the worst scene of the game. Coincidentally, getting that guy to actually shape up and become a normal person is harder than achieving the best ending in the game...
