  I had a now ex friend who would lie just for fun all the time. Like, once we were chatting online and I mentioned a song I like and he asked, &quot;Oh, is it the one that goes (quotes lyrics)?&quot; And I was like yup, that&apos;s the one! Then a few minutes later he started laughing and said he doesn&apos;t know the song, he just looked the name up and read off some lyrics. Then acted like I was an idiot for believing he knew it. He did this all the time about everything to the point where we never knew when he was telling the truth. I ended the friendship when he made a post on social media, knowing fully that I can see his posts, complaining about a disagreement we had weeks ago that we had already resolved. He didn&apos;t name me directly, but I knew he was talking about me. I truly think this guy is a sociopath.

  Flakiness it is one thing to always be late. Hell I’m pretty late often, but I hate the people who last minute cancel or just don’t even show up for plans.

  #1 &amp; #4: Last place I worked was like that. Meetings every day, all week long. Amazing anything got done. They needed a committee to abolish surplus committees, but that would&apos;ve been yet another meeting.
