When I was a kid. 1960s our John Deere dealer owner/salesman had a good size area in the northeast. He had an old telephone service truck with bins and he carried seasonal parts . Delivered telephoned orders and had a 2-way radio his wife manned the home base and directed him for emergency parts deliveries and sales calls. He would stop in a midnite and have a cup of instant coffee at our house .

Backup beeping alarms are totally obsolete since white noise backup alarms came on the scene as safer and less annoying.

Hope you get to use the shop dog on my s770 when it comes in for inspection this summer so it's totally ready for me, I'm 70 years old and want a smooth start to fall.
