  Sometimes things don't have to be useful to be interesting. I'm 35 years old and I'm too busy to play but it warms my heart to see easter eggs and glitches still being discovered. With Boundary Break, softlocking and these glitch videos, I get to relive these games in a special way 😊

  The Nightmare glitch of not being healed by Full Heal is not an oversight, it is a deep meaningful insight of Gamefreak in how even if you're awake and heal yourself life can be a living nightmare.

  I&apos;m not sure how common this knowledge is, but with the glitch at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-2e7Rrn3HQ&amp;t=760">12:40</a> you can save before you select your starter, play the game until you can deposit a pokemon, and then use this glitch to get all three starters at the beginning of the game. Only the starter you selected third will be registered to your pokedex as caught, but that doesn&apos;t really matter when the mon is in your party lol. Plus you could always make an egg with a ditto to rectify that.

  Hey, I found you a couple months ago but saw a bunch of other people commenting and wanted to comment too: love your content man, learning about all these old glitches is niche but really nostalgic. I hope your channel is able to grow and I look forward to more informative videos

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-2e7Rrn3HQ&amp;t=360">6:00</a> there is a way to make a ditto permanently shiny by getting it to transform twice. <br>In crystal version hatch a shiny cleffa from the day care egg, once it knows metronome battle a wild ditto, it will transform into your shiny cleffa, switch to another pokemon and hope that metronome chooses transform (it will take several tries) once it transforms again the special stat from your shiny cleffa will be forever stuck to the Ditto causing it to remain shiny after catching it

  Breaking pokemon has been one of my niche interests throughout my whole life (since I knew how to use a computer) and somehow every once in a while I still stumble upon new ways to do it :)

  I love this. I used the PC clone glitch all the time to get extra items but I had no idea the other glitches existed. Gold and Silver always had a reputation for being &quot;cleaner&quot; than red and blue.

  You can use that &quot;experience loss&quot; trick from the day care if you need to keep a Pokemon under a certain level but still raise its stat exp.<br><br>For example, if your Tyranitar doesn&apos;t have max stat exp. when it evolves, and you need it to stay at level 55 for Poke Cup, knock out some Unown at the Ruins of Alph for a while, then reset its exp. back to the beginning of Lv. 55 by using that day care trick.<br><br>It can also be useful for Little Cup training, but you&apos;ll have to reset its exp. after defeating just two Unown.
