  <b>Legendaries and Mythicals:</b><br>Pecharunt: In Heater Forest, travel to the start of the ice puzzle that is placed just before Opal Village. There is a barrier you can use Shatterpoint on. After stepping on this tile, you will fall into a new location. Complete some ice puzzles to reach Pecharunt.<br>Spectrier: In Amethyst Lane, from either entrance, walk left and then up. This will lead you to a secret area containing Spectrier.<br>Hoopa: In the pirate ship in Cerulean City, take the entrance out of the ship to enter an area with a Strength puzzle. Hoopa is at the end.<br>Giratina: In the Renegade Tunnel connecting Vermillion City to the Paradise Moonbase, use Shatterpoint to break the barrier in front of the Strength puzzle. Complete it, and a hole will appear in the centre of the collection of skulls on pikes that forms a diamond shape (This is close to the entrance on the Vermillion City side). Once you descend into this hole, you will need Surf and Waterfall to reach Giratina.<br>Marshadow: If you go to the left on Route 25, you will enter a swamp. At the end of the swamp is a puzzle where both you and your shadow must stand in the two tiles of the exit to continue. Once you complete the puzzle, you can reach a room with Marshadow.<br>Lunala: In the postgame, the house marked PRIVATE PROPERTY on Route 26 will open. Here, Lillie will offer to trade her Lunala for a Swablu. I don’t think anything else is necessary to enter this house, but you might need to beat Lillie on Route 25 or Acerola at Saffron Stadium first.<br>Mewthree: In the Offshore Facility, there are two paths. One leads to the fight with Dr. Hexagon, and the other leads to an encounter with Mewthree.<br><b>Normal secret encounters:</b><br>Chatot: A woman in Vermillion City will offer to trade you a Chatot in exchange for a Scarly.<br>Pansear: A woman in BrunoCorp will give you a Pansear. You can return to BrunoCorp if you missed this in the current patch, but the Pansear is inaccessible in the postgame if you haven’t gotten it yet.<br>Gloomeon: Using Cut to travel behind the buildings in Celadon City, you can enter the Celadon Condominiums. By going to the top, you will find a Poké Ball containing Gloomeon.<br>Eyeron: By defeating the extremely overlevelled Psycho guarding the Celadon Dept. Store elevator, you can travel to the top floor and fall through a hole to get behind the counter. Falling through enough holes will bring you to the basement, where you can start an encounter with Eyeron in a chest.<br>Rayxuaza: On Route 3, there is a shady man who will give you a kidney. This begins a chain of deals: Give it to a man in the back of the Vermillion City Snack Sneasel, give what he gives you to a police officer in a house directly above and to the right of BrunoCorp in Saffron City, give your next item to a woman in the building in Celadon City where people are taking weed (to the right of the Celadon Dept. Store), give a scientist in the Offshore Facility the next item, and take the next item to the merchant in Fuchsia City. You must hand over the Mystery Gene to the buyer. If you do, you will get an Egg that hatches into Rayxuaza.<br>Raikou: A lot of people seem to first encounter it on Route 6 or Route 7. It’s hard to find much information about the legendary beasts, but only Raikou seems to appear. It acts the same way as roaming legendaries in FRLG, but it isn’t registered in your Pokédex, so you can’t track it. You might want to try going back and forth between two adjacent early-game routes (They must be routes, as far as I know; no other locations are likely to work), with a Ghost-B-Gone active and a Level 25 Pokémon in your party’s lead to prevent anything besides Raikou from spawning. Turn on the same tile in the grass for a while before switching routes and try and get an encounter that way so you spend less Ghost-B-Gones. It’s useful to bring a Pokémon with Shadow Tag or Arena Trap, but if you see Raikou and you have a Master Ball (There are only two in the game), immediately use it. I don’t think anything is harder to catch; it flees immediately and has an incredibly low catch rate. Do not let it get a turn when it’s not trapped.<br>Human: A rare wild encounter in the Safari Zone. I’ve seen them in the areas labelled Area 1 and Area 2 on signs.<br>Ambeing: A rare wild encounter in the Offshore Facility.<br>Both GHOSTs: Wild encounters in the Fuji Catacombs. The first GHOST appears on all floors, while the second GHOST with a wider grin only seems to appear on lower floors.<br>Missingno.: Appears rarely around the modern-day Cinnabar Island and on ONE ISLAND.<br><a href="http://porygon.co/">PORYGON.co</a>: Can be bought for 9999 coins in the Pewter Game Corner, but it’s easier to find it in the computer lab, unless you really want to get it in the early game.<br>.EXEggcute: Has a 1% chance to appear on grass tiles in the area labelled Area 1 on signs in the Safari Zone. Catching this made me want to DIE IN BATTLE, because THERE ARE WORSE THINGS. Abyss Vorelli BrunoCorp’s just a Dark Psychic Ghost for Pumkin Patches about Parts Unknown.<br>.EXEggutor: Evolves from .EXEggcute when a Harvest Stone is used on it.<br><b>Continued in the replies</b>

I hated how annoying it was in BN5: it becomes an invincible pile of bone if you hit it, so you had to one-shot it to delete it, and their bones caused confusion, inverting your controls, and the game had a penchant for pairing them with dominerds - shield enemies that take 1HP damage unless you bait them into trying to bite you, THAT BECOME INVISIBLE TO GUARD OTHER ENEMIES - I&apos;d laugh if it only learned confusion moves and moves that give you states of semi-invulnerability
