My first Honda Accord sedan, in 1981 ran flawlessly until I purchased an 88 Prelude. Then my wife drove it until 1994 when we replaced it with an Accord station wagon. When my daughter was born, my wife didn’t want to keep shifting the 81 Accord’s five speed manual transmission. My 2025 HR-V is our eighth Honda automobile.

My '84 Civic was a great car; the CVCC worked great and 200,000 miles later it still got 36 mpg in downtown LA stop and go traffic.

I owned a sweet little 1980 Honda Accord with a CVCC engine. It was so quiet that when I let other people drive it, they would hit the starter when the engine was already running.

I've worked for Honda from 1989,till 1996 even to this day I still drive a Honda and that will never change, for me one of the best cars ,engines you can ever buy today, reliable machine you can ever drive today

I was in elementary school in the early 70's in SoCal........ I remember the 'smog alerts' that kept us inside during recess. I remember my burning eyes and difficulty taking a deep breath.
