  I’m lying in a Spanish hospital bed recovering from surgery for colon cancer. My wife bought me this record all those years ago when it came out. She has never left my side through this whole ride. Tears are streaming down my face listening to this song as I think about the 35 years that we’ve had together. I love her so much and I tell her every day

  Diane Warren wrote this song for the movie and was given to Aerosmith to perform. Diane is one of the most prolific songwriters of the last 30 years.

  Definitely recommend watching the movie, it's "Armageddon".  You'll undoubtedly cry (as well as laughing so hard you cry) but it's totally worth the watch.  There are so many great performances by all the stars in it including Liv Tyler, Bruce Willis, Billy Bob Thornton, Ben Affleck, Owen Wilson, Michael Clarke Duncan, Steve Buscemi, and others!

  Liv also appeared in another Aerosmith music video. She was only 16 at the time. The song is called Crazy. The other girl in the video is Alicia Silverstone.
