  When I do industrial builds, Werewolves, Businesses &amp; Hobbies, Moschino Stuff, Industrial Loft, City Living, Eco Lifestyle, and Desert Luxe are all must-haves.<br><br>Werewolves and Industrial Loft both have structural/utility elements that make the build realistic. Werewolves’ spandrel and Industrial Loft’s vents, especially.<br><br>Desert Luxe has gorgeous raw concrete flooring and walls.

  It&apos;s really hard to build budget-industrial in the Sims 4, because alot of the nice-looking industrial elements are some of the most expensive. 😅

  Having to walk through the entire house when you need to pee at night is crazy and you&apos;d have to put some clothes on because the big glass front door let&apos;s everyone and their dog see inside 😂 It&apos;s pretty but such a nightmare to live in
