ah yes the fiber board under panels. aka the engine diapers. they dont do anything to protect the vehicle there mainly there just to catch the oil leaks and soak them up so you dont notice the leaks before warranty runs out.

Ironically the “Base” that comes with a 2.0 turbo is much more reliable and super easy to work on since it’s an inline 4 in place of a large twin turbo V6. Definitely the best option if you’re concerned about reliability and maintenance costs over max performance.

You’re not going to believe me, Wizard, but I literally saw one just two days ago in good condition and at a very tempting price. I thought to myself, “I know Porsches like the Macan are difficult and expensive to maintain, but how bad could it really be? Maybe I’ll take the chance and buy one for myself.”

Well… after watching this video, there’s absolutely no way I’m touching one of these cars. It’s simply not worth it.
You literally saved me tons of money.

Using an embalming machine as a fluid pump is possibly the most morbidly cool repurposing idea I've seen on any channel.

A local independent Porsche shop where I live talked me out of buying a used Panamera 4S from CarMax. The owner stated that I should only become a Porsche owner if I considered myself affluent. I listened and ate a non-refundable shipping charge. The best wasted $500 ever.

lol being in New Mexico is probably so much less stressful than being back in Kansas and having to deal with Hoovie all the time even if it made you good money

Base model EA888 is the best engine for longevity and low maintenance costs. Not to mention there’s TONS of space on the engine bay.

Wizard, when i die, I want you to fill up my corpse with PDK fluid. I am glad you did this video because I was thinking about a CPO Macan and assuming it would be reliable long term. Now, I don,t think i want one of these beyond full warranty.
