  Honestly for the cheaper Caps skin I&apos;d like to see Neeko. He was the one that showed off the cannon tech and got it nerfed. Used it to amazing effect. <br><br>That and I think Hall of Legends shouldn&apos;t have started until Faker eventually retires, and he&apos;s the first with the announcement being his retirement announcement. All others entering have to have been retired for a year before they can enter, like a normal hall of fame.
