  Elizabeth Taylor was a TRUE STAR!......Unlike many of of the 'so-called' stars of today.....and what she accomplished for the HIV/AIDS funding was phenomenal....She used her status for this cause, when no one wanted to be associated with it....and ended up raising millions.....That alone is a huge legacy....deserving of it's own Oscar..

  If she was born with scoliosis, why in God’s name would they allow her to be riding horses? That’s just pure craziness that should have never happened.

  there was never any downfall for Elizabeth Taylor other than getting old and dying. Her jewelry collection was absolutely UNBELIEVABLE and suited for royalty.

  I’m sitting here with Kleenex next to me in bed but I’m having trouble mustering up tears for a person who possibly lived one of the most luxurious and glamorous lives in the history of the planet. But they’re always trying to make us feel sorry for the biggest celebrities out there but only after they die because you can’t even try that when they’re alive. I’ve seen 3 of her homes in person. The one in Puerto Vallarta (and another one there), and the one in Key Biscayne in Miami where all the super rich live. Everyone has health issues in life and everyone has love problems but if you’re fortunate enough not to have money problems then you’re actually one of the lucky ones. And having good genes and a pretty face is a big gift from God. I appreciate her dedication to people fighting AIDS. I actually liked her a lot but I can’t really feel sorry for her anymore than I could for anyone else.

  She was a beautiful person and a wonderful actress. &nbsp; So sad she had such personal trauma. &nbsp; &nbsp;Money doesn’t buy good health and happiness. &nbsp;Rest in peace.

  Liz Taylor’s life was wild — not just one scandal, but like a whole lifetime of crazy tabloid drama, eight messy marriages, and serious health issues. &nbsp;People called her a homewrecker after the Eddie Fisher thing, and she basically became the first celeb to deal with nonstop paparazzi harassment, which made her go kinda private later on.<br><br>But she bounced back big time — got serious respect later for her AIDS activism and found a whole new purpose. &nbsp;Pretty epic glow-up if you ask me.
