20 Foods Farm Women Stockpiled That Never Expire — And 4 That Do

Some "foods that never expire" really do keep for 30 years. Others go rancid in a few months, and most pantry lists never tell you which is which. My mother kept a cellar list for every food on our Nebraska farm that had to last the winter. Next to most, she wrote one word: keeps. Next to a few: watch it.
