I think Messi is the most injury resistant player in history. For the challenges he took... It's a miracle he wasn't injured constantly like neymar

Messi has been flying, tumbling and kicked every game since he was 18 and at 39 he's still more agile than everyone else. That's insane. Let's see mbappe at 39

Never had serious injuries as a teeanager. Always had the explosiveness and quick change in directions. Had a full ACL tear when i was 19. Ive had surgery now but the ptsd exists so i fear to make my usual body feints💔

As a 51 year old I’ve been pulling this one muscle every day, 2-4 times a day for 39 years without fail. Mostly with my right hand. One time I broke my right arm I still kept pulling my muscle with my left hand. That’s BEAST MODE BABY!

Ain’t nobody can touch my muscle pull numbers. The fibers in this muthaphuka is STRONG!

Importamt thing is NOT the distribution of Fast and Slow Twitch Muscle Fibres, but HOW MUCH SPACE they cover in the entire muscle group. This means amd somebody with 40% Fast Twitch Fibres will be highly explosive, if say, those 40% Fast Twitch Fibres cover 85% space in the muscle.

Messi in his early 20's was constantly injured because his diet was terrible, even Pep said that had he continued on that terrible diet his career would've ended when he reached 27 year old.

I think for me like some of my friends who used to track in high school and football. The shorter and tankier your body is, the less likely you are to get injured. Slim and tall is just a recipe for disaster not to mention lack of muscle.
