  There’s this art I saw of Death Guard trying to take an Agri-world but Nurgles plagues couldn’t grow there, only corn could.<br>Made the idea of farm worlds even more terrifying? That the sheer amount of growth was some kind of eldritch creature that could never be stopped or replaced. Any competitors will be swallowed whole by the trillions of tons of corn.

  Lower levels of a hive city is basically just “the worst day in the worst parts of the worst cities on earth all at once constantly” and honestly I love it. Honestly I’m kinda bummed there aren’t tons of books about these parts of a hive city because really you could have anything happen down there and it’d make sense like there’s Orks? Well they’re the descendants of a WAAAGH! That blew thru the system 6,000 years ago. Necrons? Well it turns out it’s a tomb world and humans just built on top of it and have just gotten lucky that the vast majority of the chrome domes haven’t woken up yet. Tyranids? You better believe there’s some genestealers like cmon that’s just par for the course on hive worlds.

  I remember there is a fortress world where kill-team is currently set. It has guns so big that the barrels breach the upper atmosphere and it can shoot invaders on other planets. The recoil causes tectonic plates to move and the back blast causes untold firestorms. I love Voldus and Warhammer as a whole.

  Swords to plowshares is a metaphor. It&apos;s supposed to be a warrior retiring to a life of quiet farming, hence why it exiles a creature in exchange for life, that guy isn&apos;t going to be fighting anyone anymore, but there is going to be more food around
