Man the part where griffin shows J's dad "what he needed to see" hits so hard when you realize hes showing him the man his son's gonna grow up to be...

Frank the pug passed away between the second and third movies, and will and the crew loved frank so much they refused to replace him. But they included plenty of lovely tributes.

The twist of K first meeting J as a young boy who just lost his father breaks my heart every time 💔😭

The fact that the woman now in K's apartment is the waitress from the second that J's first partner was told to get married settle down and have a bunch of kids early in the second MIB and is now with a bunch of kids is a great callback.

The fact that Kay looked out for Jay until his recruitment to the Men In Black is one of the ONLY welcome plot twists in cinematic history.

As soon as Grif touched his dad's arm, I started tearing up. This movie is so much more than a sci-fi comedy. It has a ton of heart. Easily the best of MIB.

I remember when this movie came out, I didn’t know Josh Brolin at the time but I remember saying “whoever played young K is super believable”

J’s dad dying is also what changed K’s personality and made him the hardened stoic agent we know in the future/current time.

Josh Brolin did such a great job doing a younger Agent K/Tommy Lee Jones impression that Will Smith said he frequently started conversations with one and tried to continue them with the other and they had no idea what he was talking about. He frequently got the two confused, Brolin was so accurate and had the same chemistry feel during filming.

That moment when K asks the colonel what Griffin showed him to convince him to help them, and the colonel tells him "He showed me how important you are", and for that moment I always imagined that Griffin showing the colonel that K is his son, who is on a mission to save everyone and that he needs help, and a father who loves his son is there to help.

When Josh Brolin was on Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy pointed out that Josh does the absolute best dead on impression of Tommy Lee Jones of all time. Which is true because Tommy Lee Jones is one of the absolute hardest people to do an impression of.
