Thank you for this. Maybe there’s hope for me, at 79 years old, building my 1st violin. So much to learn but thankful for the internet. Best of luck to you.🤗🤲

Für die erste Geige nicht so schlecht. Das wird noch was. Man braucht auch Jahre dafür um professionelle Violinen herzustellen. Bleib dran.

Purfling After assembly. Good man !!. But that knife is pathetically blunt . At the end the violin is one of the best ones heard on the many violin videos .

Can't you make a scribe that follows the curve of the violin top and transfers the exact curve to the bass bar wood?

This was a joy to watch. Thank you so much for sharing your art and craftsmanship. Now I'm going to get my old fiddle out of its case and play it.

Играет только на среднем диапазоне скрипки. На верхней и на самом нижней позиции музыку я не слышал. Может потому что нечего посмотреть.

This guy still an Amateur in the process of making a violin because the way that he works it is not from a Proffessional Charpenter, his finishings are not neet and it is "burdo" working; that meaning slapy.
Sorry but my qualification for his work it is a good [ 6 ] and I had been generous on my qualification and also very honest.
For me still a Practitioner of Charpentry.
May God give him wisdom to be next time more neet.
😊😊😊
