Matt Stone and Trey Parker were told that if the movie had 400 instances of swearing, it would go from being rated R to NC-17, so they decided to swear in the movie 399 times

So, quick FYI... The reason why you wondered about Wendy's voice sounding different is because in the first 2 seasons of the show and in the movie, she was voiced by Mary Kay Bergman (who did pretty much all the female voices for the show).
A few months after the movie came out, she took her own life after a long (and hidden) battle with depression. It was a big shock to Matt and Trey, along with many in the industry, as she apparently kept her battle heavily under wraps.

The silver lining was that it helped bring to light those sort of issues within the industry, helping to encourage others who were similarly suffering to seek the help they need.

Fun Fact: The movie was originally called "All Hell Breaks Loose", but the MPAA told Matt and Trey that they had changed it because the title couldn't contain the word "hell". So Matt and Trey changed to Bigger, Longer and Uncut.

Bigger: Refers to the increased budget and scale of a theatrical release compared to the television show.
Longer: Indicates the longer runtime, as it is a feature-length film.
Uncut: Highlights the "uncensored" and risqué nature of the content compared to the TV show, and is a pun on film censorship.
In reality, Bigger Longer and Uncut is meant to be a deliberate, crude joke about you known what.

To understand the population of heaven and hell in South Park. In South Park lore only the Mormons go to heaven. Anytime they portray heaven it’s just a bunch of Mormon missionaries.

34:16 - the movie came out at the same time as the phantom menace. The line is directly from the movie trailer.
