  This is amazing advice! A big takeaway from this video is to stop focusing so much on yourself in social settings. Instead, be more interested and engaging with others. This takes SO MUCH of the social anxiety off your chest. It also builds better and genuine connections as well 🙌 Thank you queen! 👑

  Girlies I need some advice! We have a 7 year gap and well most likely get married when I&apos;m 20. And I really want to and stuff, but Im afraid that I might change my mind or something when it&apos;s too late. Because you know, frontal lobe development and stuff altho Im 100% sure I do wanna get married and have kids but Im afraid of regret or wishing I would have done certain things before marriage. Or even worse, what if I wish I married someone else? What if I suddenly realize I had better options (he&apos;s really good, I don&apos;t love him because I barely know him we kinda have arranged marriage in my culture lol) or what if I crush on someone else like a coworker or something?<br>And the thing is marriage is my only ticket out of my parents house, out of this country, out of this environnement... besides in our culture unmarried women don&apos;t have as much freedom, like we&apos;re not allowed to use makeup to occasions, wear short things, etc its not a religion thing it&apos;s really just family and culture and i dont wanna waste my twenties not going anywhere while also being treated like a kid and looking like one. &nbsp;Please I need advice ❤
