I’m surprised you think insecure girls are “ew”. 🤔 After all, your videos of personal development and levelling up are not targeted at already flawless human beings, but towards those who still need that growth

i have found that you can do all of this and still be used or dropped by people. you can be curious and open, supportive and a genuinely great friend and people just use you. when my health fell apart i lost all of my friends. people in their 20s are shallow and social media has made friendships appearance-based and competitive.

1)Learn to read every room the people who;-ask yourself what's going on in the room, person who's mood set the tone(anchor-who people in the room are emotionally organised around, person people turn to look at when something funny happens, people who know everyone(start conversations, introduces people n get people together, very liked and trusted),the observer(says the least but watches what is happening carefully)
2)read people past their personalities(read what people need rn):what they brag about(insecurities),what they ask about(shows desires), what they complain about (reveals their values e.g they complain of people not listening to them cares about being heard n understood)
3)Stop trying to be interesting or impressive be curious about people(ask second layer questions
4) understand the difference between social capital and social debts
5)Learn the energy of the room (the feeling of orders)Be the emotional anchor of the room with good energy

Observer here. I worked in a very competitive field for a number of years but never really excelled at playing this "game." I have learned that I simply don't enjoy it. (Currently transitioning into healthcare, which is license-based and - compared to my last industry - relatively free of social maneuvering.)

I do, however, like listening to a game-enjoyer's perspective on what's happening. :) It's like hearing the rules to something I never fully understood.

Till 11:35
I think you should mention that your actions, all in all, still should be genuine and not based on using others or having a fake intention, besides getting to know others and building connections.
There's nothing worse then having someone next to you that's obviously playing social games to climb the ladder.
Those are the ones that everybody will just watch, when they fall, without shedding a tear.

just sounds like a regular day in my life as an autistic woman, but i still cant get it right. The hyper awareness is an essential skill just to exist in everyday life, without trying to be "that girl". The burnout from masking is real

and most important girlies: if you are the most impressive person in the room, you are in the wrong room. You will never better yourself if you surround yourself with people who cant teach you anything

I think I am more socially intelligent than what I think, the problem is that I don't like the game. I'm always the connector or the observer, because I like to initiate, but I hate this type of manipulative or narcissistic people who only want the spotlight for themselves.

I love your social skill and social intelligence videos because it actually teaches me SO much. Im clocking myself rn at the social account balance point.. I didn't realise this was even a thing and now that you made me aware of it I want to change it, it actually explains so much and I understand how it looks selfish and how I may have been coming across to people. thank you!
