Jesus, it is crazy how much we humans complicate everything... sigh... this is why people hate interviews, too much nit picking about everything about every little thing... we just want to work lol... anyway, thank you for these tips, but it is sad how all of this is so stressful.

Yea I will say that I feel the reason why I’ve gotten hired is because they always liked the way that I spoke. I think the way we speak is what really matters.

Before an interview, don’t rehearse 20 perfect answers. Prepare 5–6 strong stories you can adapt to different questions - mistakes, conflict, leadership, pressure, results, and teamwork.

I had an interview yesterday and I nailed it, got hired the same day. I was myself, personable, direct, and confident. My recruiter said that "Wowed" them, according to them.

I’ve gotten every single job that I have interviewed for. The key is really simple. You need to dress fantastically. You need to have more than one sentence as an answer. It’s best to keep going past what they asked as long as it relevant to the question. Always bring in what you’ve done and what you can do and how you can figure out a problem for any question they ask you. That’s it. If you don’t get hired, then either you were not selected out of bias or they went with someone they believe they won’t have to pay as much for…
