  I&apos;ll never forget his infamous Elden Ring &quot;charity&quot; stream to buy himself a PS5, where, in the stream, he was getting angry at his viewers trying to help him, and he was just essentially crapping on the game and not playing it properly. Keep in mind, he also said games should push you outside of your comfort zone and the game was doing exactly that.<br><br>Edit: I forgot to add that he didn&apos;t even buy the game, he literally had a viewer of his gift it to him for him to play it. There’s also a video of the stream on YT by Under the Ranklin Sean if anyone is curious about the stream.

  My main problem with Mayo is that he is one of those guys who has an ultra-narrow definition of what good game desings is. He views anything outside it as inherently bad and does not bother to learn it. He obviously heard that Arkham Knight is the &apos;&apos;bad one&apos;&apos; and did not give it a fair shake.

Considering how much he loves to argue with every single little bit of criticism, he gets in his comments. He quite literally thinks that if you don&apos;t like him, you&apos;re wrong.

  Under the Mayo’s criticism isn’t even the worse criticism I’ve ever heard from the guy. And I mean way before he ever posted his video.

  The one thing that bugged me about mayo s review is that he stated knight is objectively bad not just his opinions that’s a big part of him getting backlash

  I think the backlash was warranted because of his tone he took in his video. The tone of his voice as well as his wording made him come off as disingenuous and that hes still responding to comments even the ones that provide criticism with defensiveness and sometimes out right insulting with a &quot;I&apos;m right your wrong&quot; &nbsp;really rubs me the wrong way. I think the backlash should of been more intense. Also Mayos Elden Ring stream is pure pain. All he did was beg for money and refuse to engage in the game.

  Something that rubbed me the wrong way, wasnt really the criticism of the game itself but rather the smugness and arrogance in his voice. <br><br>You my Boy Aqua have also said things I dont agree with but you always measure your words and tone. Heck, even if it is a hot take or unpopular opinion it never comes off as &quot;My opinion is fact, I know better than all of you&quot;.
