Motorists in the Novi Grad region (and other places in the Balkans) place small twigs under their windshield wipers when parking as protection against extreme heat or frost. The twigs lift the wiper rubber so that it does not press directly against the car window.

The Problem with a visit in Srpska or Bosnia is, there are no trains over borders (Entity and international). Some years ago exist a daily train Zagreb-Banja Luka-Sarajewo. But there are Beton Heads in Railways and politics, always should pay the other entity or state. For a railway fan is difficult to travel . There are flights to Banja Luka and long distance bus as possibility. But wow, in Summer time run now some trains from Sarajewo to Ploce, a (railway) enclave in Croatia, south of Mostar. From there are only tracks to Bosnia. As a former railway staff (Deutsche Bahn) and fan, ist Bosnia a Exempel, how do I destroy my Railway.
