Regarding the mileage of the van… it’s had new clocks put in it at some point, which accounts for all the discrepancies. True mileage of the van is about 110k, but clocks are showing 49k (this is what appears on the MOT as the inspectors just enter whatever the clocks show on the day). ‘New’ engine has 78k miles. So a bit of a patchwork, but all kind of makes sense. Copart did list this van as having a mileage discrepancy when I bought it, but didn’t bother me as I was always keeping it for myself 👍🏻
