When your contractor wears rock band t shirts, you know you are in good hands.

Tony has quite the T-shirt collection — every one of them triggers a memory for me. The time-lapse of the dirt work is amazing to watch. Thanks, Tony!

It’s so amazing seeing how the whole extended family comes together to help each other like this. The love and care that pours from one generation to the next is also so heartwarming.  I’ve really enjoyed watching your channel and how you’ve found your niche. You definitely hit the sweet spot!

One more reason for basements (and why you don't find many in Australia and the southern US) is you always have to get below the frost line to support a foundation.  As long as you are going down 4 feet (typical frost depth in the north) you might as well go another 4-5 feet to get a basement!

Love how Sam was helping film some of this for you while he was there for Harlan Day and the Bronco reveal.  Have been watching his truck saga on his channel - DDD fans should all hop over to his channel and show him some love!! 💪

It certainly is interesting to see the methodologies applied when construction houses on different parts of this planet.
