  I&apos;m Reeva, the sole survivor of this crash. Because of Danny Waizman&apos;s selfish and reckless actions, I lost my mother and suffered burns to 53% of my body- forever changing the trajectory of my life. I spent 4.5 months in the hospital (6 weeks in a coma), and have been trying to get my life back for the past 3 years. I have been unable to return to my job as a Neurosurgery physician assistant as I had 4 fingers amputated on one hand, and permanent disfigurement of my other. To my knowledge, Danny Waizman is still flying planes.<br>He has not been criminally charged for the murder of my mother or Fayzul.<br><br>I also want to note: a good samaritan pulled both Fayzul and me out of the wreckage.

  I was one of the flight paramedics dispatched to this crash. &nbsp;I don’t remember most of my medevacs but I clearly remember arriving at this scene and the patients involved. Truly horrific. Thanks for bringing light to this senseless and avoidable tragedy.

  Fayzul is a true hero. At 23 years old he took control of the situation and STILL landed the plane. Prayers to both families. Companies and private entities need to do better..

  When I was a student pilot my instructor told me during all pre flights give the spark plugs a twist make sure they are tight, (hot plugs might not get a check) so one day the piper Cherokee 140 N694FL was fresh out of a 100 hr. Inspection, I was the first pilot to fly it, ( solo fyi) cold engine... I lifted the cowel to check oil &amp; brake fluid, and ohhh yesss the plug test. So...each one of the plugs were less-than finger tight... all eight of them! So thanks Jim (my instructor) your my hero!

  &quot;Hero&quot; is overused when pilots crash because most of the time they are just trying to stay alive, but in this case Fayzul&apos;s actions are actually heroic.

  Props to the pilot for doing everything he could in that situation to at least save one life. Kicking out the wind screen and holding it open the door with his arm that’s literally melting off his body so that the daughter to get out of is some hero stuff. Danny is about to lose everything and rightfully so. Couldn’t imagine dying from burning alive in an airplane while it’s still in the air. 😢

  This owner should be charged with criminal negligence among any civil law suites. His lack of care of safety for his employees or his customer base is astounding.

  This same exact thing happens in the trucking industry. &nbsp;A company has small fleet of poorly maintained equipment and hires drivers as &quot;at-will private contractors&quot;.

  Fayzul, man, what a hero. I was so happy to hear he survived the crash, but crushed that he died shortly thereafter. Having the courage and wherewithal to land the plane and kick out the windshield saving at least one of his passengers, all while being covered in horrific burns, is superhuman. It&apos;s tragic that such a promising young man&apos;s life was cut short by working for a scumbag.

  This is the stuff of nightmares. Trapped in a confined space, no way out, and on fire. Truly horrifying.
