Princess Aurora at Disney has an extremely special place in my heart. I didn’t figure out that I was Autistic till I was 32 years old. Before I understood that part of myself, I was at Disney around age 12-13 and extremely stressed and scared about the idea of approaching any characters (especially mascot characters where I couldn’t see their real face). The last day we were there, one character who was able to make me feel welcome and safe was Aurora. She did an incredible job of making me forget my fear. I appreciate everything all of you do to make guest experiences as enjoyable as possible.

For the next video, could you talk about your interactions with other “face” characters (villains)… do you plan things out or is it mostly improv? Those are some of my favorite things to see in Disneyland….great video!

I'm a 30 year old mum of 3 from London with no intention of becoming a disney princess and yet here I am, loving these uploads 😅

Playing a Disney Princess require more than just beauty, but brains as well. Watching how effortlessly they engage and respond with quick wit reminds me that TRUE BEAUTY is inseparable from intelligence. And that's why their beauty shines through because of how they interact with other people so effortlessly in character. I can understand why you had to leave, but this job is never to be underestimated.

I apologize if this comment is too long, but I wanted to share an absolutely magical experience I had at Disney. I went to Disney World in 2019, and I went down there with a mission. I was going to collect as many autographs from characters as I could for my best friend's daughter. I told the folks at the hotel what I was doing and they thought it was so wonderful that they surprised me with an entire totebag full of gifts to give to her along with the autographs. I ended up collecting 34 autographs. It was an absolutely magical week. Unfortunately, a week after I got back, and the day before I was going to give all the amazing gifts to my best friend's daughter, I was carjacked at gunpoint. All of the gifts were in my car at the time, including all the autographs. Needless to say, I was heartbroken. However, two weeks later, I got a call from the hotel where I stayed when I was down there. My friends had posted on social media about what happened, and that post made it all the way to Disney World. The hotel called me and informed me that they had replaced all of the gifts and even sent someone out into the parks to get all of the autographs. A few weeks later, I was able to give everything to my best friend's daughter, and to this day she still has all of the gifts in her room and she goes trick or treating with the light up Mickey Halloween bucket I got to give her. Again, I'm sorry for the long post. But I wanted you to know that Disney cast members like you changed my life, and I'll forever be in their debt. Thank you for everything you and your fellow cast members do.

I remember my son got a flower and gave it to Princess Aurora (Disney World) and he was blushing the whole time. I still have that picture. Aurora was so sweet.

We went to Disney in Jan 2022 and Aurora was all beauty and magic to my youngest, even though she had never seen Sleeping Beauty. She still loves Aurora because of the impression she made on my child. Cast members at Disney are something special and I really appreciate them.

11:41 is exactly something Aurora would say. I'm sure you were a fantastic Aurora. Aurora is my favorite princess and I will never forget my meet and greet with princess Aurora! It was the best character interaction I ever had in Disney (Disneyland Paris). I have autism and do have a slow processing speed and I'm easily disoriented in new places. She was very patient and sweet with me and made me feel comfortable and asked for my name and took a lot of time for me. I later dedicated a song to her to thank her. I will subscribe to your channel. Interesting stuff!

Couple years ago I went to Disneyland with my sister. While watching the parade, we saw the stepsisters Anastasia and Drizella on a float. They pointed me out and asked if I was a prince, and I was like who me? They nodded and I was like uh no and they pouted and folded their arms it was so funny. I’ll never forget it 😂❤ what a great experience you all provide 🎉

I appreciate your realness of the difficulty for poc to be casted. You are very positive and the way you speak about your time in Disney is refreshing. I see videos of people ragging on the company- but it seems you made the most of your time. ❤
