What evidence of actual consumption of the succinylcholine is there? How much succinylcholine is missing from the vial? Any? Is it just an unused vial? Are there any used syringes? or just unopened sterile syringes? What evidence is there that Kosowski actually injected Cozzi with the paralytic before killing him? These details appear to be suggested but are missing from the Prosecution's Case.
