  Indonesia is VERY RICH. You see THOUSANDS of FILTHY RICH Indonesians in Singapore. But you quickly realised that these indonesians are not what you call &quot;the average population&quot;. In short, it suffers from extreme wealth inequality

  I live in Indonesia. Been here for nearly a quarter of a century. I am invested, I have skin in the game. But I have little reason to be optimistic for Indonesia and its majority of people. Yes, it will continue to &quot;grow&quot; but real livelihoods for two thirds of the country will remain stagnant. I am making plans to leave as my patience has run out for Indonesia (and Indonesians, the people) to get their act together and perform.
