Through Sadhguru’s presence, I came to see that Islam, while once the foundation of my identity, was not the ultimate answer to my existence. It wasn’t about denying Islam—it was about going beyond it, into something deeper, something more intimate with life itself. I don’t believe anyone else could have guided me through that realization with such compassion and clarity. Only his wisdom could dissolve the boundaries I didn’t know I had.

Sadhguru’s big interview was not Joe Rogan. Joe Rogan barely scratched the surface. According to me, one of the most spell binding conversations was the discussion between Sadhguru and Neuroscientist David Eagleman. The engagement was off the charts!

If you’ve been wondering why you’re not feeling as strong, motivated, or sharp as you used to, Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks might just have the answers. The book focuses on the power of testosterone and how increasing it can seriously transform your health and mindset. If you’re tired of feeling drained or out of balance, this book offers some solid advice on how to get back to your peak
