Fascinating interview with Conchita. She's very respectful of her rivals

Regardless of the "AI"...nice to hear the acknowledgement that Monica Seles' career was interrupted/ruined by the brutal attack on her. Yes, it was. Monica seems like such a sweet soul. But..as tennis fans...ummm.....what tennis lost out on for years of rivalry between Monica and Steffi...for years of Monica continuing to grow and develop. Alas

😂😂😂😂😂She forgot a very important name. I always knew it but this confirm what i always knew. People who follow tennis during her career know exactly who i am talking about. She tried to cover it what she said about...the biggest player.,try again 😮😮😮😮😮. Shame on you. Check all records of all women tennis. And let me tell you some technical...your backhand is different from Gabriella..,both are one handed...but the way of swing is totally different.😊😊😊😊😊

Conchita was absolutely fair and honest re her words about Seles. And I think we can all agree with her. But there was always something else as well that kept nagging at the pit of one's stomach: even at her best, Monica NEVER won Wimbledon, and that one fact shows up her weakness. She was devastating when she was young and could really run, but put on a few more pounds and she lost her advantage. This is why it was just never enough, that raw power. Speed, athleticism, footwork, etc. All of that mattered. And when she was young, she had those, but they were never going to be permanent fixtures of her game. So, to ask about what might have been, this too must be factored in. And indeed, something else was also lost, her psychological and mental strength...when she let go of her body and therefore rob herself of any more chances to get to the very top of the game as she once did...
