I like to make curry too. Sometimes I use Golden Curry brand. Most of the time I just make my own by using curry powder and ginger powder in the oil. Then brown the meat and add whatever veg. I typically use chicken and add some lemon juice and soy sauce. Then at the end I make a cornstarch and water roux to thicken. So good w the rice! I might have to try it with noodles tho. 🍛
