  Okay, so a year later I finally figured out why the cheese didn&apos;t work. Spoiler, it&apos;s not you Drew! So pretty much all grocery store milk is homogenized, which basically means that the milk won&apos;t separate. Great for drinking, just not for cheese-making. Homogenization makes it so that the cheese won&apos;t curdle (or if it does, not very much). The way I got around this when I tried to make mozzarella was by buying raw milk, but that can be challenging because not a lot of places will sell it. There are ways to make mozzarella with homogenized milk, but those don&apos;t always work very well.

  my favorite thing about this video is that the mozzarella was not a recipe. drew, per the rules of his OWN video, did NOT have to make the mozzarella.

  Drew saying that he´s really going out of his comfort zone with these recipes and then just having meatstuffed bread for almost all the meals is incredible tbh

  Love that Drew starts the video with an anecdote about how he has a load of saved recipes on instagram which inspired this video. But he&apos;s not using those recipes. He&apos;s using a different set of random recipes that get advertised to him.

  I lost it when he was so paranoid about the beef being raw and then he cut it open in the pan and it was, in fact, raw 😭 genuine tears down my face

  I love how Drew doesn&apos;t make any mention that his algorithm meant he basically just made the same recipe 10 times: Crispy handheld pocket with cheese and eggs/beef.
