  Over 300 dead and not one CEO goes to prison . No accountability. Nothing has changed , the 737 Max8 , over 400 dead and not one Boeing CEO goes to prison . No accountability.

  McDonnell Douglas executives should seriously have their own documentary. What those profit-hungry maniacs did with engineering teams at Douglas and later at Boeing (which led to the MAX crisis) is beyond criminal. Just unbelievable if it didn’t happen.

  You neglected to mention United 232 in 1989, a DC10 with a catastrophic explosion on engine #2 at 37,000 feet, damaging the hydraulic controls. The pilots heroically flew it to a crash landing where many died, but most were saved, thanks to the efforts of the heroic crew.

  My friend/classmate Walt Williams perished in the United flight <a href="https://www.youtube.com/hashtag/232">#232</a> DC-10 accident in Sioux City, Iowa (July 19, 1989)… catastrophic engine failure. &nbsp;RIP Walt 1961-1989.

  The thing even took the Concorde down with it - the debris that blew up the engine Air France Flight 4590 had fallen off a DC-10.
