Dave, please turn this into a series. 3-5 episodes of helping Alan to rebuild would be epic.

When I saw it this morning on Alans channel I cried for him. Nobody deserves this but least of all him... The guy is a unique ray of sunshine and we all need to find ways to help him out with the fortress.

The one thing I can really appreciate about Dave and this channel is the sense of community he fosters with his family, friends and co workers.

WE WANT WAYYYY MORE CONTENT HELPING BUILD THIS WHOLE COMPOUND!!! Seriously would be a hell of a series building the house right through occupancy! Think of Matt's success building the abandoned mansion...this would be just as popular and would attract a whole new type of viewer interested in construction...

A metal building on a mountain top is probably an excellent magnet for lightning. Lots of lighting rods on the roof, properly grounded will help immensely.

I’m so glad that the Heavy D boys happened across Allan’s compound all those months ago. He’s a hard working genius who needs some structure and focus in his life. You guys have given him a support system. Peace.

Alan is just an absolute legend and he works his arse off. This fire is a disaster but he will not let it stop him.
