I was not aware of this angel of music until a few days ago when I watched him do the same thing in San Francisco. I love music and cannot believe I had never heard of him till now. I will say this...I have watched these videos more than a few times, and each time I watch I break down in tears of joy. I enjoyed watching you watching as well. believe me when I say the hairs on my arms stood up at the same times yours did. He is an angel, of that I'm sure.

It was almost more fun to watch you and your reaction then actually hearing Jacob. But seriously, I think I’ve seen this video before without your reaction part. He’s just so incredibly talented. ❤

It’s so wonderful to see yours and the conductor’s expression of joy on your face! I’m experiencing the same and I have no musical training! Jacob’s enthusiasm is contagious!

I only discovered Jacob Collier a few days ago, how have I missed him? Bought tickets to see him in Milan on my wifes birthday in July. Amazing !

It had to be a musical symphonic creation experience like no other for the Orchestra, the audience and the brilliant visionary, Jacob Collier!

Thank you so much for reacting to this amazing performance and bringing it to our attention! For those who didn't watch till the end, a truly once in a lifetime performance led by an awe inspiring musical genius was missed! Even though I've played piano for 50 years, flute for 48, and played in many concerts, every new note that Jacob sang out, every chord that he constructed, and each dynamic that he directed was such a surprise to me and a pure joy to experience! Regardless of Jacob's level of genius and inspiration, what was accomplished during this performance could not have happened without the stellar group of musicians sitting under him! I would love to see more performances by Jacob & this orchestra even if they aren't improvised!
