Dude, you should definitely start writing! Your ability to describe your experiences so as anyone can experience with you without being with you is top-notch man!
I'd definitely read what you write!
Anyway, you're doing an amazing job at such a young age. Keep going, I see you going far! Glad I found your channel.

I have been inspired to stop my regular kind of grocery shopping here in the U.S. and follow your example to cook and eat well with simple ingredients, rice and noodles. I'm having so much fun tracking down and trying all the different sauces and seasonings you use to flavor simple dishes. My grocery bill has dropped dramatically and I have learned new respect for how many ways a carton of eggs and some slices of meat can be used. I just want to thank you for showing us how you do this in so much detail. I am glad your channel popped up in my feed a month ago. It may sound silly, such a simple thing, but it has actually changed my life significantly for the better. I'm grateful!

I don't know if it's something you would like or not, but one of our favorite simple meals during the heat of summer, is zucchini and green onions cooked in butter. Slice the zucchini thin, chop the green onions (both white and greens) into small, thin slices. Salt and pepper to taste, and in a skillet cook in butter, enough that it won't burn the zucchini. Fry until zucchini is transparent, or done to choice. You can add garlic if desired, but it's a nice simple hot weather meal. With two of us, I generally use 3-4 zucchini, depending on their size, but the size you had today was perfect. If you try it, let me know what you think. It's basic, simple, and you can add any flavoring with it, but we keep it very simple. Have you considered working as a chef? You have an amazing sense of food.
