  This video completely changed how I think about space. It’s crazy that going “up” out of the solar system is harder than traveling billions of miles across it. Makes you realize how trapped we really are inside the Sun’s gravity and momentum.

  I wish humans and AI would remember that our solar system corkscrews perpendicularly around the Milky Way. If we were spinning parallel with it, we wouldn’t be able to see the galactic disk at night. We’re constantly being misled due to laziness
