Arkham Asylum came out in 09. City came out in 2011, Origins in 2013 and Knignt in 2015. The fact that city and knight had such a huge step up in graphics is insane too me after just 4 years between them both.

This is my child hood game series. i remember City the most. mostly because it holds a spesial vibe trough out the game. and i belive nostalgia is the reason people tresure it so mush. But again, graphic wise, and content wise. Knight is insane... The amount of details, stuff to do. missions.. is just jaw droppingly insane. even today in 2026.. 11 years later. the game holds the graphics.. alot of games made today is not even close too what this game accoplished. so no wonder you are exited.

35:06 funny thing about that is that his suits were actually limiting his movements from before. The reason he was "slower" in the previous games was because his suit couldn't handle the G-force from flying and zipping from building to building. It's also the reason why he has the fear takedowns in this game. His suit can finally catch up to his potential speed.

29:00 The suicide squad game came out 9 years after this one. The two lead developers at Rocksteady had left because they didn't want to make the suicide squad game, which caused a lot of other developers to leave the studio too. So Suicide Squad was basically made by an entirely new set of developers under the same name, which is why it had such a drastic drop in quality from the Arkham games.

Batman will never be the same without you, Kevin Conroy. You are Batman, just like Mark Hamill is Joker.

Honestly, this is one of the best video games ever made. I've played it a dozen times and I might go replay it again, now that I've watched this.

Scarecrows toxin turning batman into joker because batmans biggest fear is killing someone and becoming more like him

Not only people (comic fans and such) figured out who the Arkham Knight was. They figured it out with the marketing material and when they saw everyone was saying who it was they went "No, it's not him" and then it was revealed he really was who everyone thought and were kinda disappointed for the lie lol.
